Auto transparency when opening window

It would be really nice if I could set it to automatically change all window transparency to a certain percentage without having to click the button at the top of the window each time. Would be even better if I could set it per application. For instance only use the feature for explorer windows and my web browser but don't try to launch my games with transparency (lol). This would be an excellent feature and I would love an email if you decide to implement it.
