Slider on the title bar to adjust transparency

Add a draggable transparency slider on the windows title bar that can be adjusted on each window, similar to the buttons added to the title bar. Instead of adjusting the settings for global transparency through menus or a button, you can drag and adjust it instantly on the title bar with no added menus.
